Swedish Massage
Relaxation, or Swedish Massage, is different from Remedial in that it is a lighter, and more generalised treatment aimed at de-stressing and promoting the parasympathetic nervous system- Rest & Digest.
If you suffer from anxiety, emotional trauma, or simply need to take time out from the stresses of life- a gentle massage is perfect for you.
